1) How do we know that we are getting value for money?

All the Sales and Marketing personnel on our database are experienced professionals, just like an Accountant or Solicitor, each with well over a decade of Sales and Marketing experience behind them in a variety of areas, they pride themselves on the service they offer. Each Sales Professional feeds back information on success levels of the product or service they are dealing with at regular intervals. Should there ever be an issue prohibiting optimum Sales or Marketing of a product or service, they will relay this directly back to you, with recommendations on how to resolve the problem and gain maximum return on your investments.

2) How do we benefit from paying a day rate rather than commission only?

The benefits of paying a day rate are numerous; i) You know exactly (bar expenses) what you will pay for your external Sales and Marketing representation every month, which makes forecasting and cash flow more accurate and straight forward. ii)You attract a higher calibre of Sales and Marketing professional with greater experience, who will not only be a successful Sales or Marketing person but also an excellent Ambassador for your company in your Marketplace. iii) It negates all problems relating to redeeming commission in the event that business won, subsequently defaults.

3) What if we need to increase or decrease the number of days per month worked by a Rent-A-Rep® Sales Professional or our situation changes and we need to terminate the Assignment completely?

Simple! You can increase/decrease the number of days or terminate the Assignment with just one month’s notice in writing.

4) How long will it be before we see a return on our investment?

This varies dependant on the number of days our Sales person works for your company each month and the average expected Sales or Project cycle for your product or service. An average for an established S.M.E. based on 2-3 days per week is 4 months, ‘Start-up’ businesses generally take 6-7 months based on the same number of days per month, as there is invariably more ground work for the Sales person to do creating awareness in order to create demand. This would be the same scenario for an employed Sales or Marketing person; however the costs would be far greater!

5) What are the benefits of assigning an independent Sales or Marketing person on the Rent-A-Rep® service, versus an employed Sales or Marketing person?

The biggest benefits of our service are its simplicity and the flexibility it offers, plus, most importantly, the lack of overheads, which ordinarily would make a Sales or Marketing person such an expensive commodity! The independent Sales Professionals on our database all have their own home office facilities, which include a desktop P.C. and/or a lap top computer, Internet access and unlimited landline phone calls, they also have presentable transport and mobile phones as part of your day rate. The only expenses you will incur are 43p per mile, any ad-hoc overnight accommodation, (always pre-authorised with your company) plus an overnight charge of £50 per night and any stationery used on your company’s behalf.
